Shipping Policy

  • Cash on Delivery is available only for orders to be delivered within India and under INR 5,000. For international orders only, Prepaid deliveries are available.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  •   Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  •   Delivery Time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location
     

      Shipping Fee

  •   Free Shipping on all prepaid orders
  •   Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • ·           We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable PIN codes in India  with a partial advance to confirm your order.
  • ·  A small upfront payment (₹150–₹250) is collected online as a       confirmation token.
      The remaining amount is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
       This ensures faster processing and reduces fake orders.

 International Shipping

  •  Delivery Time:  10–15 business days (depending on location)
  •  Shipping Charges: For international orders, there is an additional charge of Rs 3000 for orders containing up to 3 pieces. If your order exceeds 3 pieces, an incremental fee of Rs.   500 per piece will be applicable. Our shipping options are designed to provide flexibility and convenience to cater to your needs. If you'd like a more precise estimate, please proceed to the checkout page, where the applicable charges will be displayed based on your selections.
  • Customs/Duties:  Any import duties or taxes are to be paid by the customer at the destination

  Order Tracking

  •             Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS,            Email, or WhatsApp  to follow your shipment in real time.

    Additional Notes

  • We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.
    Shipping delays may occur during high-demand periods (festivals, sales).
     Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate for timely delivery.
